Q.I've never used a Celebration Sign Rental service, How does it work?
A.

Booking a Celebration Sign is simple and fun! Just choose the occasion, then select the color and size of the sign you’d like for your celebration. During checkout, you’ll provide billing and delivery details, along with any personalization for your display. Once you finalize your reservation, we take care of the rest!

Q.Can I book two signs for my yard at the same time?
A.Absolutely! We’d love to help you with a double celebration! Just reach out to us, and we’ll happy to help get 2 signs booked for you.
Q.When do you set up?
A.Signs are typically delivered and set up the evening before or morning of your rental.
Have a specific request? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Q.How big are your signs?
A.Our signs measure between 12 feet and 22 feet long.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on grass, asphalt, concrete, and even indoors. Display stands are required for set up on all surfaces other than grass.
Q.Do you charge a Travel Fee?
A.Yes, we apply a travel fee to each booking calculated at about $0.75 per mile to cover the delivery of the sign and the return trip to pick the sign up after the rental period ends. *Prices do not include sales tax.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, In addition to all of Knox County, we also service Alcoa, Andersonville, Caryville, Clinton, Corryton, Dandridge, Farragut, Friendsville, Greenback, Harriman, Heiskell, Jacksboro, Karns, Kingston, Kodak, La Follette, Lenoir City, Loudon, Louisville, Luttrell, Maryville, Maynardville, New Market, New Tazewell, Norris, Oak Ridge, Oliver Springs, Powell, Rockford, Rocky Top, Rutledge, Seymour, Speedwell, Strawberry Plains, Tazewell, and Vonore.
Q.Do we have to keep the sign in place in the entire time?
A.Yes, but if for some reason you need it removed before your rental period has ended, just contact us and we will come remove the sign.
Q.What about locations that i do not own?
A.We love setting up anywhere!
Although, if you are not the property owner, you have obtained permission from the property owner for the sign to be set up on the premises.
*We can not do an install on the property without Permission
Q.When do I pay for my sign?
A.All signs require payment at time of booking.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.In the event you need to cancel your order and provide us with at least a 48-hour notice prior to your scheduled installation date, you will receive a credit equal to 100% of the rental fee to be applied towards a future rental. *Subject to the then current pricing and date availability.
Q.What about weather conditions?
A.HIGH WINDS are our biggest safety concerns to our signs.
Although, we reserve the right to decline delivery, setup, or pickup of the celebration sign if there is inclement weather - including but not limited to - lightening, thunderstorms, snow, ice, heavy rain, high winds, and any other acts of God that would put our representatives or celebration sign displays in harm's way. If we are unable to reschedule the date for the rental of the celebration sign, we will provide a credit equal to 100% of the rental fee to be applied towards a future rental. Subject to the then current pricing and date availability.
Q.Are we responsible for the sign if it gets damaged in any way?
A.
YES. If damage occurs due to failure to follow our rental agreement or negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the signs, which can cost hundreds of dollars.
*We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we ask that you sign a Rental Agreement.
