Q.Do you charge a Travel Fee?
A.Yes, we apply a $10 fee for every booking and for extended distances an additional travel fee may apply. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, In addition to all of Knox County, we also service Alcoa, Andersonville, Clinton, Corryton, Farragut, Maryville, Lenoir City, Maynardville, Oak Ridge, and Seymour, just to name a few.

Q.When do you set up?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have scheduled.

Birthday Signs are typically set up the evening before your rental date or early morning of your date. But we can setup displays at other times, if that would work better.

Other Signs can be setup even during the day and we will do our very best to have them in place when you need it.

A day or 2 before your set up, we will be in contact with an approximate set up time.

You DO NOT have to physically be at the address during setup. (We would need access to setup an Indoor Display)

We would appreciate a picture of the house if a street view isn't available on google. This will ensure we set the sign at the correct address. Once we have finished installing the sign, we will send you a picture of the display.

We will return to remove the sign the day following your final rental date. (We can arrange an agreed upon time for Indoor Displays)
Q.Do we have to keep the sign in place in the entire time?
A.Yes, but if for some reason you need it removed before your rental period has ended, just contact us and we will come remove the sign.
Q.What about locations that i do not own?
A.We love setting up anywhere!

If the sign's a surprise and you don't live where it will be set up, you’ll need to let someone who does know we'll be setting it up. If that's not doable, we'll have to do the sign setup in the daytime. It's to keep our team and the property owner, safe.

If it is at a location such as a park, school, or other location permission must be obtained.
Q.When do I pay for my sign?
A.All signs require payment at time of booking.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.In the event you need to cancel your order and provide us with at least a 48-hour notice prior to your scheduled installation date, you will receive a credit equal to 100% of the rental fee to be applied towards a future rental, subject to the then current pricing and date availability.
Q.How big are your signs?
A.Our signs measure between 8 feet and 16 feet long.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on grass, asphalt, concrete, and even indoors. Display stands are required for set up on all surfaces other than grass.
Q.What about weather conditions?
A.We reserve the right to decline delivery, setup, or pickup of the celebration sign if there is inclement weather - including but not limited to - lightning, thunderstorms, snow, ice, heavy rain, high winds, and any other act of God that would put our representatives or celebration sign displays in harm's way. If we are unable to reschedule the date for the rental of the celebration sign, we will provide a credit equal to 100% of the rental fee to be applied towards a future rental, subject to the then current pricing and date availability.
Q.Are we responsible for the sign if it gets damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear of our signs. High winds can damage our signs. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our rental agreement or negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the signs etc which can cost hundreds of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we ask that you sign a Rental Agreement.
