PAYMENT

Secure your reservation by paying the full rental fee at the time of booking. 

CELEBRATION SIGN DELIVERY & PICKUP

A team member will install the sign on the scheduled date; a confirmation text with setup details will be sent a few days before.  Yard Signs are typically set up in the evening or early morning. If the sign is a surprise at a residence you do not own and it's not possible for someone to be made aware of the sign, we'll have to do the sign setup in the daytime. It's to keep our team and the property owner, safe.
Signs are usually picked up the morning after the final rental day. 
Indoor Signs are set up prior to your event and picked up after the event has ended.

Note: Signs, parts, and accessories remain property of Sign My Yard Knox LLC. 

LAWN PREPARATION

In dryer months, water the lawn for 30 minutes on the delivery day.
Clear debris or pet feces before installation.

DAMAGES & THEFT

Turn off sprinklers, don't lawn equipment near the sign, and don’t move or attach anything to it. Renter is responsible for damage or replacement costs.

SAFETY

Do not play on or around the sign; it may cause injury. Sign My Yard Knox LLC is not liable for any injury or damage during installation, rental, or removal.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Delivery, setup, or pickup may be declined in inclement weather. If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Cancel at least 48 hours before installation for a 100% refund. No refunds for setup errors, denied access, unrestrained animals, safety concerns, hard/dry lawns, or circumstances beyond our control.
