Secure your reservation by paying the full rental fee at the time of booking.

📦 Celebration Sign Delivery & Pickup

A team member will install the sign on your scheduled date. We'll send you a confirmation text with setup details a few days beforehand.

Signs are usually set up in the morning on your first rental day and picked up the morning after the final day.

Note: Signs, parts, and accessories remain property of Sign My Yard Knox LLC.

🏠 Property Permission

Customer confirms they are the property owner or have obtained permission from the property owner for the sign to be placed on the premises.
Sign My Yard Knox LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from lack of property authorization.

🌿 Lawn Prep

In drier months, please water your lawn for 30 minutes the day before or day of delivery. Make sure the area is free of debris and pet waste before setup.

🚫 Damage

To avoid damage: turn off sprinklers, avoid mowing near the sign, and don’t move or attach anything to it. Renters are responsible for any damage or replacement costs.

⚠️ Safety

For safety, please don’t let anyone play on or around the signs. Sign My Yard Knox LLC is not responsible for injury or damage during installation, rental, or removal.

🌧️ Weather

For safety, delivery or pickup may be delayed if driving conditions are unsafe or lightning is present. If the service cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.

High winds can damage yard signs, so when wind gusts of 40+ mph are forecasted signs may need to be removed early for safety. If early pickup is required due to high winds, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the remaining rental time.

🔁 Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours before installation receive a refund minus a 4% Technology Fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $25 Late Cancellation Fee, with the remaining balance refunded.

No refunds will be given for booking/setup errors, denied access, unrestrained animals, safety concerns, dry/hard lawns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
